If you are a current tenant with a maintenance request, please submit it online.
Through the online portal, we can share information with property owners and the vendor. You can submit full details of the issue(s) that needs to be addressed, attach pictures, short videos, call back instructions and more!
If you have a service call after normal business hours, please submit your request online as normal.
If it is a Maintenance Emergency that cannot wait until the next business day, such as No water, No bathroom, No heat or Air (in extreme temperatures) or if there is Flooding, please text this number (423) 435-2600 after you have submitted your request online.
If you have a life threatening situation please call 911!
